Concord closes Capitol Street next to the State House and fills it with everything from air-cooled Porsches to rusty project trucks, with Revelstoke Coffee pouring at the center of it. The downtown setting makes it feel more like a street fair than a parking lot meet, and it draws a real cross-section of New Hampshire cars. Street parking goes quickly, so use Park Street or the State House lot for overflow.
