One of the earliest starts in Texas, which is the whole point in San Antonio summers. It takes over a chunk of the Six Flags Fiesta Texas lot on the far northwest side, so there is a huge amount of room and the turnout gets big. Gates open at 6:30 and the meet winds down before the park really gets going. Very easy on and off I-10.
