It's filled with all kinds of plants, super spacious with tons of seating, and has an awesome little store to browse while you wait. Grab the avocado toast too... it’s delicious. This iced mocha features a rich espresso roast that is noticeable without overpowering the drink. The coffee-to-milk ratio is perfect. Upfront, you get a sweet vanilla flavor, with a creamy cocoa taste at the end. This one feels like a cold version of a really good hot chocolate.
